How do I submit a funding request?
To submit a funding request, navigate to the Marketplace section in the dashboard sidebar. From there, you can browse available funding programs, select one that matches your needs, and click "Express Interest." Follow the guided application process to complete your submission.

For CDFI certification, you will need to provide incorporation documents, proof of non-profit status (if applicable), financial statements for the past 3 years, target market analysis showing at least 60% of activities serve low-income or underserved communities, and documentation of community development mission.
CertificationHow long does the approval process take?
The typical approval process for funding requests takes 2-4 weeks depending on the complexity and completeness of your application. Larger funding requests may require additional review time. You can check the status of your application in the Applications section of your dashboard.
FundingHow do I reset my password?
To reset your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Enter your email address, and we will send you instructions to reset your password. For security reasons, password reset links expire after 24 hours.

Our platform offers various types of financing including term loans, lines of credit, participation agreements, credit enhancements, and specialized funds for sectors like housing, small business, and community facilities. Each financing option has its own eligibility criteria and terms.

If you are an organization administrator, you can add users by going to your Profile page and selecting the "Team Management" section. Click on "Add User," enter their details, and assign appropriate roles. New users will receive an email invitation to join your organization.

Reports and statements are available in the Analytics section of your dashboard. Select the desired report type, set your date range parameters, and click the "Generate Report" button. Once the report is generated, you can download it in PDF, Excel, or CSV format using the download button.
